I begin by coming to your home and performing a CMA - this is simply real estate lingo that stands for a competitive market analysis. This basically means that I measure your home against the yardstick of other homes on the market to determine its true market value. After we establish price, I put my marketing plan into action. After the successful implementation of this, I'll handle all of the complex legal paperwork and make sure all of the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" are crossed.
